These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DemandMind application (“Service”). By installing or using DemandMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DemandMind is a sales forecasting and analytics tool designed for Shopify merchants. The Service analyzes historical store data to provide demand forecasts, trend insights, and inventory planning support.
You agree to use DemandMind in compliance with Shopify’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
When you install DemandMind, you grant the Service permission to access certain Shopify store data, including order history, product and SKU metadata, and basic store information. This access is required to generate forecasts and reports.
DemandMind is offered through tiered subscription plans (such as Basic, Pro, and Plus). Billing and payments are handled entirely by Shopify.
DemandMind provides forecasts and analytics based on historical data and statistical models. Forecasts are intended to support decision-making and planning but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
You remain responsible for all business, inventory, purchasing, pricing, and marketing decisions made using information provided by the Service.
All software, algorithms, designs, branding, and content associated with DemandMind are the intellectual property of DemandMind.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of all Shopify store data. DemandMind processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and uses it solely to deliver the Service.
You may uninstall DemandMind at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon uninstall:
DemandMind may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DemandMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business losses or lost profits.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DemandMind after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
